Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, Hayner Construction is fully licensed and insured in the state of North Carolina.
Do you offer free estimates?
We provide free consultations. Estimates, however, require a retainer agreement, which is applicable toward the project total. Just reach out to us (see contact page) and we’ll schedule a time to meet and discuss your goals.
Can you help with permitting and inspections?
Yes. We handle the entire process from zoning and permit applications to final inspections. We aim to exceed code in everything we do and documentation to that end to ensure quality.
Do you work with architects or engineers?
Yes, we regularly collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to bring your vision to life. We’re also happy to work with professionals you’ve already hired or refer trusted partners if needed.

Yes. We stand behind the quality of our work and double the state standard on warranties on workmanship.
What is your cost to build per square foot?
That entirely depends on your taste. Usually, between $180 – $460 / sqft, however, there a myriad of factors that play into that number
